Returns & Warranty Service

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. We want nothing more than for you to love your jewelry, but understand that sometimes items need to be returned or replaced.

Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and will be refunded their original shipping charge if we determine there was an error on our part or the item is defective.

Please do not send any items back to Sea Pony Studio until you have completed the form below and received return instructions via email. Any items sent back without prior authorization cannot be refunded and will not be returned to you.
