U.S. Shipping: Packages are currently shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed Fri-Sun ship Monday/Orders place Mon-Tues ship Wednesday/Orders placed Wed-Thursday ship Friday.

You will be able to choose from First-Class Mail Parcel or Priority Mail + Insurance shipping via the United States Postal System at checkout. All domestic packages include USPS Delivery Confirmation. We will happily and automatically refund any calculated shipping charges that are more than $1 above our actual packaging and shipping costs.

International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally if your country does not have any restrictions on our products. Due to such a wide rage of regulations on jewelry and precious metals, each International order must be handled individually. Contact us if you would like to inquire about purchasing an item and we will look into your shipping options. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

PayPal & Bill Me Later: You will be redirected to PayPal.com to submit payment and returned to Sea Pony Studio when compete.

Credit Card: Your credit card information will be collected on our website and processed by PayPal. The checkout page is encrypted using RapidSSL and our payment gateway is hosted on PayPal's secure servers via an iframe to ensure your information is transmitted and processed safely.

Illinois residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.

We stand behind our products, but many items are delicate so please treat your jewelry with care. Within one year of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace any piece that breaks under normal wear conditions (and was not damaged by improper handling) as long as we still have access to the original materials.

Warranty repairs will be completed at our discretion, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair or replace your piece if it has been discontinued. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

If you require warranty assistance, contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and pictures (if possible). We will then determine the best course of action needed to remedy the situation. Please do not send your item back to Sea Pony Studio before contacting us.

If  your jewelry is out of warranty, we are happy to provide an individual quote for repair costs as long as we have the required materials on hand. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt; items must be unused/unworn in their original packaging and include a copy of your return request. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and will be refunded their original shipping charge if we determine there was an error on our part or the item is defective.
